Shipping Policy
Every insert card is penny sleeved. "HITS" of value are also then Toploaded. Cards are then placed in team bags, and protected with a cardboard inserts, which then slides into a bubble mailer envelope.

If you would like your cards shipped out differently please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the break. We do not upsell on Shipping. We offer our Free shipping service, or Canada Post Flat Rate boxes (small).

Flat Rate Small boxes From Canada Post cost $18 but includes Tracking and On-Time delivery Guarantee. This would be recommended if you hit a monster card, an autograph, or just because you want your package Tracked. We leave this decision up to you.

Return & Exchange Policy
We Want everyone to be happy, and theres no way we can guarantee a break date as they are scheduled as they sell out. Because of this we do offer refunds as long as the Break has not been scheduled. Once a Break is scheduled, we will not be able to issue any refund or echange.

There is no guarantee that you will hit any card. Autographs, Relics, etc are completely random. Some teams may not have a player represented, and therefore will not have any card in that break. The odds of not getting ANY card are slim, but possible.
